Deacon Sean Costello Selected As Powers Catholic Principal

President Rory Mattar of the Powers Catholic Executive Committee announced that Deacon Sean Costello was selected principal of Powers Catholic High School. He began on July 1. Sean has worked in education for 22 years, including as an administrator and teacher at the school; he also served as the associate superintendent and superintendent of the Diocese of Lansing Catholic schools.

“Powers Catholic has been blessed to have Costello share his academic and curricular knowledge while also sharing his faith experiences in and out of the classroom,” Rory said. “He has been a great addition to the staff and he sincerely cares about the welfare of all students.”

Sean commented, “I am honored to serve and I ask that you pray for me in this transition.”
